Draft it with AI. Approve it yourself.

Ask your co-pilot to write the email, build the automation, draft a class, event, or workshop, or update a package — it proposes the exact change, explains why, and waits for your yes.

  • Nothing sends, saves, or changes in your studio until you hit Approve
  • Every proposal shows its reasoning — see exactly what data drove the suggestion
  • Ask it to revise a draft in conversation, or let it check in on its own with proactive suggestions
  • Works from your real schedule, roster, and package data — not generic advice

The same proposal-and-approve pattern covers automation rules, classes, events, workshops, and package updates, each with its reasoning shown — and you can ask Co-Pilot to revise a draft, or let it raise suggestions of its own.

Why it matters

The ideas are easy. Finding the time isn't.

You already know you should follow up with quiet students, promote the class that isn't filling, and freshen up last year's packages. Co-Pilot does the legwork: it looks at your numbers, drafts the actual email, class or package change, and puts it in front of you ready to approve.

What it can do

Drafts real changes, not generic advice

Every suggestion becomes a draft you can see in full before anything is created, changed or sent.

Marketing

Email campaigns

Writes a campaign to the right students, with the subject, message and recipient list filled in.

Marketing

Automation rules

Sets up a behavior-triggered email, like a nudge after 21 days away or a reminder before credits expire.

Schedule

Classes

Adds a new class or changes an existing one: day, time, level, instructor, capacity or price.

Schedule

Events and workshops

Drafts a new event or workshop, or updates the details of one you already have.

Sales

Packages

Creates a new class pack or membership, or adjusts the price and credits of an existing one.

Team

Instructors

Adds, updates or removes instructors, and can bring in a whole spreadsheet of classes or instructors at once.

What it knows

Works from your studio's real data

Co-Pilot can look at your schedule, packages, instructors, events, workshops and existing automations, plus student engagement, studio insights, revenue forecasts, class demand, schedule health, instructor performance and your progress toward your annual revenue goal. When it suggests something, it cites the specific number that drove it.

How approvals work

You stay in control at every step

  1. 1Ask in plain language"Fill my Thursday class" or "Draft a holiday promo for the winter showcase."
  2. 2Read the reasoningEvery draft says why, citing a real number from your studio, never a generic reason.
  3. 3Revise in conversation"Make it Friday instead." Co-Pilot updates the same draft rather than starting over.
  4. 4Approve or rejectNothing is sent, saved or changed until you approve. Reject anything you don't want.

Proactive suggestions

It checks in, so you don't have to remember to

  • Looks at your studio every day. If something stands out, like falling attendance or a class worth promoting, Co-Pilot drafts one suggestion for you.
  • Never piles up. It raises at most one suggestion every few days, and waits if you still have a draft to review.
  • Reaches you where you are. Suggestions arrive as a dashboard notification, an email, and a push notification in the DanceUp Studio app.
  • Ask for one anytime. Want a fresh idea now? Ask Co-Pilot to check for suggestions on demand.

Common questions

Can Co-Pilot send emails or change my schedule on its own?

No. It can only prepare drafts. Every email, class, package, event, workshop, instructor or automation change waits for you to approve it.

How does it know what to suggest?

It reads your studio's own data, like attendance, engagement, sales, class demand and revenue trends, and every draft cites the number behind it.

Can I change a draft before approving it?

Yes. Tell Co-Pilot what to change in plain language and it updates the same draft. You can also reject it outright.

Does it use my revenue goal?

Yes. Set an annual revenue goal in your studio profile, and Co-Pilot factors how you're pacing into its suggestions.

Will it flood me with suggestions?

No. Proactive suggestions come at most every few days, and never while you still have a draft waiting for review.

Can I import my existing schedule with it?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of classes or instructors and Co-Pilot turns it into one draft to approve. Studio Owner and Pro+ also have a direct import on the Classes and Instructors pages.
