A walk-up student types the last digits of their phone number, picks themselves from the matches — families sharing a number included — taps today's class, and checks themselves in. No staff intervention required. The screen auto-resets after a few seconds, ready for the next walk-in.
Pair the tablet to the web dashboard with a 6-character code from Watch Mode, and check-ins recorded at the kiosk appear on the owner's web dashboard in near real time — whether they're at the front desk or working from home.
The same scanner also handles QR/barcode check-in for ticketed events and workshops, with front/back camera toggle and clear "already checked in" states.
