How automations work

Why it matters

How it works

Set it once, then it runs every day

Built to be considerate

Helpful, never spammy

  • One email per rule, per cooldown. A student who matches a rule gets that email once, then not again until the cooldown passes. The default is 30 days.
  • Pre-written and personal. Emails are ready to go, addressed to the student by first name and signed with your studio's name.
  • Easy to opt out. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link, and students who opt out stop receiving them.
  • Turn rules on or off anytime. Pause a rule during a break and switch it back on when classes resume.

Common questions

How often do automations run?

Every morning, automatically. You can also press Run Now to check and send immediately.

Will a student get the same email over and over?

No. Each rule has a cooldown, 30 days by default, so a student gets that email at most once per cooldown.

Do I have to write the emails?

No. Each trigger comes with a ready-made email that uses your studio's name and the student's first name.

Can students unsubscribe?

Yes. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link, and anyone who opts out stops receiving your studio's automated emails.

Which triggers are on Studio Owner?

All seven. Pro+ adds AI suggestions for which rules to set up and when.

How is this different from Co-Pilot?
